Youth and Community (YAC)

Fullarton YAC project works especially with young people aged 12 – 24 in the Fullarton and surrounding area. We support young people through key transition stages, in particular from primary to secondary school and from secondary to further education or employment. We build positive, trusting relationships that provide appropriate support through such change.

We meet individuals at their point of need; through drop-ins, school groups, one-to-one, recreational groups, etc. We aim to empower young people to explore who they are and who they are becoming, with openness and honesty; to encourage hope for their future, in an environment which all too easily erodes any lasting ‘hope’ for what lies ahead.
